Unit Ownership
Getaway Oceanfront Lodging is a Condominium Association that is designed to operate as a Motel. Each unit is individually owned and decorated, with the intent to generate revenue for its investors, property management and upkeep.
We elect a Board of Directors which oversees all operational functions, property improvements, and marketing for the ownership pool. Our ongoing goal is to excel in our building and ground improvements and increase our occupancy.
